Will my account have PRO status forever?

Yes. Of course, as stated in Skiley's Terms of Use, nothing stops a catastrophe from happening that would make us have to shut down Skiley, for example. But that's not something we want to do, that's not something we foresee doing, and that's something we'll do our best to not have to do it ever.

I didn't like PRO. Can I get a refund?

Yes. Note that you have up to 7 days (after your PRO purchase) upon which you can request a refund. To request it, either send us a feedback (inside Skiley app or website) or an email at support@skiley.net.

Can I transfer my PRO status from one Spotify account to another?

Potentially. Please either send us a feedback (inside Skiley app or website) or an email at support@skiley.net, and we'll analyze your request.

Remember to include important details like your current Spotify account link/URL, the Spotify account link/URL to which you want to transfer your purchase, and the reason why you want to transfer it.

Can I purchase PRO for multiple Skiley accounts?

Yes, you can purchase PRO for as many Skiley accounts as you want. However, there's an important limitation for mobile app users.

Due to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, you can only purchase PRO for one Skiley account per device when using in-app purchases. This is because app stores don't allow the same non-consumable purchase to be bought multiple times on the same device.

If you need PRO for multiple Skiley accounts, you have these options:

  1. Purchase through the website (recommended): Visit skiley.net and purchase PRO using Stripe payment. This bypasses the app store limitation and allows you to buy PRO for as many accounts as needed from the same device.

  2. Use different devices: Purchase PRO for each Skiley account on different physical devices through the mobile apps.

The in-app purchase limitation is imposed by Apple and Google, not by Skiley. Purchases made through the website are not subject to this restriction. Also, even if you purchase PRO through the website, the PRO status is linked to your Skiley account, so you can use it on multiple devices and the PRO status will be available on all of them.
